Replacement of battery sl no BL 4B

I have purchased one Nokia 2630 Set from jain tele, taxi stand purulia west bengal india-723101 under Receipt no 002133 dtd 12/12. But my battery is totaly damaged within six months. They have not entertain any request and Nokia Care of Purulia not even lodging any complain against them.
