Nokia Service Center Poor Service

Sir,

I am Suresh Babu from Tiruvannamalai. I have purchesed a Nokia 2680 Slide Model Mobile in Tirupattur (Vellore District), Tamil Nadu on 02-01. The mobile is under warrenty. Due to software problem i gave it to the retailer Univercell Mobiles In Tirupattur. They send the mobile to Vellore Nokia Care. But they have made many mistakes. Instead of flashing the Software, they have made dameged the power ic and they have returned the mobile. Even they have not put the screws. When I took the mobile again to Nokia Care in Chennai they only told everything. Due to the poor service of the nokia care they have damaged my new mobile. Now i want to know what is the solution for this. I request you to replace and give me a mobile of same model.
