Nokia 2760
Handset not working properly

I had bought a new nokia 2760 on 30th march from THE MOBILE STORE ARYA NAGAR KANPUR. From very first day I am facing problem with my phone. Every time I get a call and open the flap to receive it the call gets disconnected and the phone screen goes blank, after some time it does resume back to normal but still that call is not shown in the call history. I reported this matter to the shop owner but he could do nothing about it. Instead he suggested me to show it in nokia care. I did visit SS SERVICES CHUNNIGANJ KANPUR NOKIA CARE CENTRE on 5th may and after a day they told me that they have repaired my cell phone. I got my repaired handset I found that my handset is still having same problem. Please do something as I am suffering daily from huge losses in my business as my customers can't contact me on time.
