I bought a Top-UP Card Rs.50. While scraching the card first four digit dose not visible. then i go to shop from where i Purchase.

He refuse to change the card. Than i call to *333 the representetive told me you go to shop again he will changed the card. Again i go to shop he refuse to change.

The card serial no.is 1181316232.
