Panel color peeling off

Greetings,

I have bought a Nokia 2865 CDMA, 6 months back and with in no time the panel color was peeling off and subsequently i have approached the nokia care center at Aslimetta Vizag and show the set to him and inwards asked him to replace the same and he informed me that panel peeling will come in form of Cosemtic and there is no guarantee and i need to buy another one and i ordered for the same and it is one month i was asking for the panel and on 6th Nov 07 when i went to nokia care center he informed to hand over the set to him as he needs to send it to chennai for getting one more panel on paid basis and i have urgued with the nokia care 1st off all why have you made me wait for one month and coming out with this new issue and subsequently i have call up nokia customer care (STD) vide my mobile and i have told her my problem and her response was pathatic as her language, when i have asked the customer care and the nokia care why should i had over the cell phone to them inwards they replied that the set will go to chennai for fixing of panel and i need to wait for 7 working days with out mobile and discussed that it is not having any technical problem only the panel to be changed the answer is Nokia's Rule.

My request you all of the CDMA customer's is that don't buy nokia cell phones if not you need to go vide this phase only, Worst company in the cell phone service secto
