Nokia 3100
Improper service

Sir,

I approached Nokia customer care at Sivasagar Assam as I was not getting network signal in my nokia 3100 mobile set. After examining Customer Care Sivasagar told me that the sim ic has to be replaced which will cost me Rs.500. So on 3rd March I left my set there for repairing and collected the set after two days after repairing.(Job sheet No 5800 dt 3rd March)

But to my utter surprise after a week I have found the same problem in my set. While approached again today for the same problem .they refused to repair my set free of cost. This is a highly irregular thing from company of such a high reputation.

Now I have got no option left but to go to consumer court.
