Removed my contacts

Hi,

Its very painful is happening with me that my contacts list is removing from the phone on time basis. I tried to keep on sim but same happen with it so, Its very much hadache of mine to save my contacts in mobile because there is no security of my contacts Please help in this kind of constraints.
