Complaint against your procedure to not handling the gas likege call on time

Dear sir,
My customer id is 1000015379. Ms. Bharti Jashvantrai Mehta
I registered my complaint for gas likage through the valve between the meter and the pipeline (it is work on 360 degree instate of 90 degree)
But on 22/01 ne person came while only ladies was there and he told her that the complaint was solved but right now it is not solve and he took sign by saying lie.
Now while i registered feedback as above some Mr. Suresh was there and he called at home 07926614828 in noon and told that if I will register the complaint no one will come.
So I registered complaint again today at 6.15 PM to mr. Irshad Khan on your help desk.
Even though it is emergancy service they put me on hold almost 15 minutes. If the gas would on high likage it would convert in to blast if such emergancy service would there.
After so many REQUEST he registere my complaint no: C10010914
So is it that any one can say and told us that "If we will register the complaint no one will come even thogh our all due was pay.
Plz. tell me and kindly send a person who can handle it properly
And plz. check from y our help desk and give me apology for it.
