Outlook 2010
Not Compatible and want a refund

I purchased Microsoft Outlook on Jan 23. I tried several times and many hours to install the program. I called Microsoft and they told me it wasn't there issue. Microsoft told me to call my internet provider. I spoke to my provider they told me the error message was a Microsoft error. I spoke to Microsoft again (on hold for 40 minutes each time) and they told me they were sorry but could not help me with their product. I told them I want a refund and they said they could not do that. I spent $139.00 for a program I can not use.
