Nokia 3110C
Not having working

I am bought the mobile Nokia 3110c in the month of 31st december. But that mobile is repair within one week and then i am put new software and worked. After one week the phone was restricted and asked your mkb nagar branch what a problem he is take care to nokia care in mount road ok i am send to nokia care and it was take one week and then also is problem and it tell to take this mobile to delhi pls reply what can i do and give some other mobile same rate.
