Respected Sir/madam,

I mr.ganesh maruti manjare buying phone from paragon departmental stores add:-2/3, raunak arcade-b, near bank of maharashtra, naupada, gokhale road, thane (w)-400602 on 2nd february.

sir i am using a phone only for 18 days but the ringing sound is not working properly i visit the nearest customer care office for the same complaint but they told me that we are giving you cell phone after changing a ringer there will problem in your ringer.my job sheet no is 211434038/09022/17 on date 20/2.
