Cell getting heated very fast

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Nokia-3110c on 14-jan in the evening from Swastik Mobile Shop (Nokia Priority Dealer),

Near Mahavir Shoping center,

Agra road, Kalyan (w)-421301

I found it faulty on the same day night. when we talk, it gets heated very fast within 3-4 mins, which is harmful to our ears.

As shop was closed on monday, i went to the dealer on tuesday to get replace the piece. But he was not agreeing that the cell is getting heated.

when we argue, he ready to send it to the service center and kept cell with him. when i went next day i.e wed dated 17-Jun he was arguing that service center said this

cellphone is not having any problem. when i asked him about service center report he refuses by saying service center donot provide any report if phone do not have any problem.

they gives job sheet only when there is some problem. Is it? It is not that i am getting problem after some months.

if just within 2-3 days if customer found that the piece is faulty dealer should replace it.

How one can believe on Nokia's service and quanlity? I want to register a compaint againt the said matter
