Unruly behaviour of employees of nokia care

I, Biraj Das from KOLKATA has bought the nokia set 3110c on 16th january from an authorised dealer. Somedays it worked fine but after that the horrible things started for me. First it was the problem with the set and after that the highly UNRULY behaviour of the customer care employees.

Within a period of six months it (my set) has been sent for new software installation EIGHT times, even yesterday i received the set and i saw the same problem, and they simulaneously took that and said me again wait for 20 more days. how can one manage with such type of problems.

My job sheet no is 295504886/090615/110-15/6/09 and my set IMEI no is 359309023573597.We middle class person cannot afford these type of problems for long. If any NOKIA personel is reading this please help me. They simply say call to DELHI. I also called to DELHI and there I got a complain no. 185653. plz help me.
