Nokia 3110C
Automatic switch off, nokia customer care are irregular response for me

I am using nokia3110c just 4months before, lot of problems in that phone, automatic swithc off, software problem, nokia customer care are nobody can response me, only software are load, that software only 2 days use after same problem in that phone, i am 8times face this problem, i am go to service center and send to my phone in head office for nokia, after same problem in that phone, please solve my problem, i am just buy 4months.
