Actuually I had purchased my nokia 3110c phone on 7/12 in a nokia care { bistupur, jamshedpur} jharkhand . after using the phone about 1 month I found that my phone is continuously hanging from now. I have visited the nokia care bistupur about 15 times. but they have not satisfied me only they update my phone software and handover to me. I have told them to replace my phone but they have told me that nokia company never replace a phoneand now I am unable to use my phone already it is in warranty, so plz it is a great requst to you that plz try to replace my phone.my phone's IMEI is 356833023784824.
