NON DELIVERY OF MOBILE GIVEN FOR SERVICE 45 DAYS BACK

Dear Concerned,

I have given my mobile for service on 06-Sep07 for replacemnt of display of my mobile NOKIA 3110-C to HCL Infinet (Anna Salai, Chennai) who is the Serive provider of Nokia, my expected date of return was 08-Sep07 and still I have not received my mobile. When I tried calling the customer care of HCL INFINET, Anna Salai, nobody picks the call. I am just fed up with the serive as the delay is not even updated to me. Nobody picks the call even.

Please do the needful and keep me updated on the same.
