3RD REMINDER

SUB: complaint regarding service of nokia care shops

This is to bring to your kind attention the fact that I (signed as below) bought a nokia 3110c black 512mb phone from Hotspots retails ltd (shop no3 local shoping complex, opp pocket1 mayur vihar ph1 new delhi 110091) on 16aug08 (invoice no 3082.IMEI:354862024980604). The phone's display is not working eventhough the phone is in warantee period i am not being entertained in the nokia care shops.

Kindly advice us on the issue.
