Poor quality product!

Sub. : Repacement of Nokia 6085 Set - Product Code 0541318 - Sr. No.353228012753414 - Warranty Ref No. APAINY 092547972 - Complaint (fault) of Display blank - Hanging problem

We would like to bring to your knowledge that we purchased the above noted set recently which is infested with certain technical problems right from the beginning. The memory card data are vanishing automatically and gets hanged frequently. I have lodged the complaint for not less than five times since purchase vide Job sheet No. 1500215703, 150216145, 1500216729, 1500243510, 1500254775. But the problems remain unchanged. The phone still hangs. We feel you will agree with us with the extreme of our patience.

You are being approached for a solution. Since the instrument has been checked for five times by your engineers with no improvement, we feel you will agree with us that either the instrument be replaced OR the money be refunded. An early response is expected
