Three times same problem

SIR,

my name is gitesh wadhwa .i am from jagadhri. i buy a phone 3110c of nokia company on 27th oct

IME NO 356789023507914. the product is give problem of power boot failure in the 2nd month from his

purchase . then i go to nokia care. they change the software of the phone. but after 6 week the same

problem occur again and i have to go again for its repair to nokia care this the second time . but after

2 month same problem occcur thrice. and i have to go for its repair to nokia care this the third time.

they third time change the software . but after 2 month the product is giving problem again the forth time

i want the full worth of my money. so kindly help me out so what should i have to do...
