Phone switching of itself

I would like to have an explanation on my Nokia phone which has not finished 4months since i bought it. This is how it started while i was recording a video then sudenly it went blank on the screen. After a while i decided to switch it of and then on. After doing this it came on and what i cud see on the screen was kind of a warning which read: CONTACT SERVICE. after a while the it started asking for restriction code. Upto now i cannot be able to use my phone. please assist me on this issue
