Problem in hand set

Sir,

we have purchased hand set 3110 in last nov. it has develop problem in soft were in 14 july.

we have sended it to your customer care wia comp.no.-0907131168 .

they send it to your delhi office.it came back to me on28 july.after one day again develop

the same problem.

since that date i have visited several time to your yashwant plaza office but our problem till

now not shorted out.

so please take necessary action other wise i will go to customer forum for further action.
