I have problem in my nokia 3110c mobile .then i goes to nokia care tuticorin (Tamil nadu) he repair my mobile (install software), after that music player doesn't work in my mobile, again am go to nokia care he replied it's a software problem we correct it u come tommorrow i repair.then i go to next day he say its hardware problem due to water drop that guy completely cheat me.please suggest this isssue..
