Eplacement the phone

I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that i have submitted several times my nokia 3110c having IMEI No. 356815024985690. But problem does not solve by Nokia care.same problem had been occurred again and again but no proper response given to me. I had checked it out once a time in Agra and 6 times in Mathura at CLP & Graphics Private Limited.at one time it had also gone to Delhi after that also it has not worked properly.now on 5th octi had submitted my phone and the target delievery given to me was 7th sept. When i called them on 7th oct they said the phone are on the repairing mode. I am getting harrased of this thing. I never thought a great company like Nokia can do this thing with their customers. I wish you will take some actions against my request. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

Please kindly request to you to replace my cell phone or give my money back.
