I bought my cellphone from Nokia Priority Dealer from kapoor company Moradabad and my cellphone no is 9897362369 in November but from September I m facing many problem regarding my handset and when i went to contact Nokia Care (Rajeev Sons) Moradabad they said that it is a problem of virus. They format my set and gave back to me and at that time my handset was working but within 4 days the same problem occour once again and again they format my handset and gave back. After some days this problem occour once again and in the month of september I took my handset to Nokia Care for at least 5 times. Now on 17th october i again facing this problem.
