Eplacement of my nokia 3110c

Sir,

I am Ashish Chauhan & i brought NOKIA 3110 c .. on 18 may. The problem in my set is that when i just make a call or start using internet my mobile start switching off automatically..i went to the customer care in agra they were also not able to solve my problem, they just upload the software & they returned my mobile, but again the problem start .. i went to the customer about 9 times & they are not able to solve my problem... so i just want to replace my nokia 3110 c ...& i want a new one...

So kindly change my NOKIA 3110c ..
