Its switching off if i use fasttly

Its very poor operation with this phone.it is going to switched off many times if change sim card or remove battery and replace it.it is blinking for some time if i player, then again its going to be switched off.i get irritation on this model, it is very slow.i think the problem is because of its less internal phone memory.
