Nokia 3110C
Two time service not complete, three time dispay is problems

Dear sir,

This is regarding my Nokia 3110c, bought on may'07. from nokia collection centre at kasganj distt. Etah for Rs. 6800/- january month later it started to behave erratically, it is display is blinking, My handset was in good condition when i gave them, and second time blinking & third time is same problems i got replacement, . I went the Nokia care centre at Chembur. i warned them to take care of it as it was a new piece. 1o days later i was called to take the delivery, When i saw my mobile i was shocked coz my piece looked worn out with a lot of scraches behind. I refused to take the delivery and they took it back saying it wud be rectified and to give it back. Today i was called again and still the piece is in bad shape, i request u to please change my handset and give me a new one, such an expensive product. My hand set serial no.355535010314330 and I hope u will act on my complaint soon. Thanking you hope to get a favourable response.
