Complaint of nokia care center in Faridkot (punjab) which is branch of Ferozpu

R/S Sir,

I have puchased a nokia 3110c model on 8/10/07.

after 2 months, i faced a problem with on-off switch. i pay a visit at Nokia care . they charged me 150 rs. for on-off switch,

they say their is no warranty of switch. after that swith was not working properly .i go to nokia care in faridkot (punjab). when i gave my mobile thier is only on-off switch fault, mobile is in working condition . they tell me your mobile's display ic is damaged .mobile will forward to Chandigarh for swaping .then date is 25-01-08. today i recive my mobile ater 35 days . they gave me a mobile which is already used 21 hours, they say me it is a fresh piece.

Please give me proper solution.
