Not satisfied with the services

I have purchased nokia 3110 c 1 month ago and out of this 1 month the phone stays more than 13 days in your service station sheetla WLLservices i am not even satisfied with the way of dealing they have also tampered my new phone body . the status of job sheet shows that it is repared but they are unable to provide my phone back so i am not satisfied with the way of nokia deling with their customers . i am highly obliged of you if you can solve my problem.if in this way you are dealing in future so i have to take necessary legal actions.
