Nokia 3110C
Display problem

Dear sir my nokia mobile model 3110c is not showing the display.i had brought it march its warenty period is not finished yet but this is the second time it is showing problem.the first problem was the cell was switching off and on automatically.then i went to nokia care.this is the second time it is showing display problem.so sir please kindly replace my hand set with a new one.i am gettind frusteted as i need a mobile urgently..otherwise i will go to the consumers court and file a case against nokia..
