Sir,

I have taken cell of model 3110c on Dec, From univercell salem (TN) after taking this mobile I am getting lot of problems. When I try to use Bluetooth, Mp3 player, GPRS or any of the other application it suddenly hanged up (Display and Rebooting problem), I brought my mobile so many times to the service centre in Nokia Care of salem T.N, they were just formatting the software and again reloading software.done 4 times Because of this I am loosing all my contacts and other data as well. Since I have purchased the phone at a very dear price

I expect full value for my money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest but always your service centre executives gave me mobile with out proper inspectionin. So i request you to look into this matter and do the needful and replace this with new mobile.
