No refund of ipo applied amount

Dear sir,

i applied for the adanipower ipo for 65 shares of rs.6500.00 th.kotak sec.online on dt.30.07.09 vide application no.15802114 .I was not alloted any shares & till today i have not received the refund of the same. Though inquiry suggesting that amt.has been refunded on dt.14/08/09 th.refund no.143036, ref.no.1309774 on my incomplete address.

you are requested either to deliver the refund cheque on my below address or credit in my kotak trading a/c linked saving a/c in kotak mah.bank (a/c no.01450140003625).
