Dear Sir,

With due respect this is to inform you that I bought a nokia-3110c mobile on 5th October (IEMEI NO.356418022235588;BATTTERY NO:0670400462040P337D21066391;CHARGER NO:313149) from HELLO WORLD the mobile shop (address 80, G.T.ROAD, MONIMART, CLASSIC MARKET, BURDWAN 713101, WEST BENGAL, INDIA, PH NO.9332103060, 9332100549, 9832121227, 9732115187) when a special offer was going on. But still now shopkeeper telling me that company not provided any give though they told me that after durga puja they will give the gift as per company circulation.

So I request you please let me know the exact fact regarding this offer. Because we are not expecting this type of activity company like nokia.
