Nokia 3120
Issues with phone

Respected Sir,

i bought a nokia 3120 on 6th may and later in a weeks time realised that the phone had a major isue that the standby was not even more than 24hrs... and after the phones went off, it wouldnt charge or start once again, in 1 weeks time i had to take the mobile to the store (shreeji planet, Thane (w) ) and they got the batery changed thrice... later on the 21st may i was fed up an i had to give it for repairing to the nokia center at (Tembhi Naka, Thane West)... it took them 2 weeks to give me the phone back and still the same issue is on and ontop of that there are scratches on the phone... when complained about the scratches then they say that it happens when they repair it... if the phone comes with 1 yr warranty and is found defective in just 15 days, dont you think that there should be a replacement... wen i told them abt this then they want me to pay 30% more of the value of the mobile and take a new one or they will give me a refund less 30%...have never expected such kind of behaviour from Nokia and waiting to hear a positive response from you... i will be going agin to nokia care as the same issue is going on and i am still suffering, also this phone belongs to my Mother, who is a cancer patient and is very upset abt this issue... will be waiting for a positive response...
