Egarding not any action taken by nokia care center to solve problems

Dear sir,
I am regular user of nokia cell phone as it is more reliable than others.i have purchased new cell in jan.2009 namely NOKIA 3120.but from some days i am facing software problem in it regarding switch on/off, opening of camera... etc.so i had taken it to one of your care center in agra on 20 july but i have not received any satisfactory answer from them till now. As 10 days have gone but in your care centre not even single step has been taken towards my problem.in these daysi have faced lots of problem without any cell phone, as u know in todays world technology is first priority for everyone. They are not even helping me by providing another temporary cell phone, they have also wasted my time approx 1-2hours daily in giving reply's for my questions in order to knowing the position of my mobile. Even today i have visit there to know about my cell and it was shocking when i came to know that they will send my cell to delhi for software updating, in 10 days they have not taken any kind of action in order to solve my problem.now they are saying that my problem would be soght out in 15days. Just tell me what is the use having nokia care centres at different places in india if they are not attentive to solve the problems of customers??!
