I have bought one Nokia mobile phone (model : 3120) from Nokia Priority Dealer, Perumbavoor on 19th Nov with a cost of Rs. 6560/-. For hardly one month, I used it. After that, it started to show some complaints like: - the charge will be over within one days period and I could not make a call from it, even though there is enough and more signal to make a call. I informed this problem to the concerned people in the above mentioned shop and they told that it was the problem with the software. They upgraded the software and returned the set to me. But the problem was not corrected. Again I gave the set to them and they did the same once again and returned it to me saying that now it is ok. But it showed the same problems again. Then according to their instruction, I gave my set to Nokia Care, Aluva for service. They told me that, it was the problem with battery and they need some 3 weeks time to rectify it, because it has to go to Delhi for repair. After 3 weeks, I got a new battery and I put it into my handset. But the problems remain the same. When I reported this to the Nokia Care people, Aluva, they told me to give the set to Nokia Care, Kadavanthra. I approached the new people and the next day they retuned my set after upgrading the software. But the problems were never rectified. Then again, I informed this to Nokia Care, Aluva and handed over my set to them with the hope that, something good will happen. Again 3 more weeks to wait!!!
After 3 weeks I approached them and I have been told that even after the Delhi visit, my set was not ok and hence they sent it back to Delhi. They also told that, this time I may get a new set in replacement. So I waited patiently for 3 weeks. Last Monday, i.e. on 17th Aug I got my old set back after its second Delhi visit. I enquired them about the cause of the problems, and they were totally ignorant about that because the company had rectified it. But I could not seen any rectification in it because it again showed the same good old complaints. So I went near to the same people for the fifth time without any hope and left my mobile there. I am sorry to say that I was not satisfied with your services.
Now, what can I do to get my set in good condition?
Please help me and sent me a reply as early as possible.
