Nokia 3120C
Speaker problem

Hi,

I recently bought Nokia 3120 Classic Mobile one month back from Hypercity Mall. Malad, Mumbai-64.

And this set is giving lots of problem. When I receive a call or call any one, I can not hear others voice. I have to put the phone on Loudspeaker in order to hear it. The biggest problem with this mobile is that the sounds keep on decreasing while talking. And If I keep on talking on phone on loudspeaker, the battery diminishes fast. I have seen lot of people going to Nokia Custmer care but failed to get any solution.

What should I possibly do?
