Dear sir i have bought new nokia 3120 claasic on 11 oct.2008 at nokia priority delear Ujjain M.P.

My complaint is my earphone (left side) speaker is not work properly.plz change my earphone as soon as otherwise i am complaint on high level department.so plz do something.
