Battery Replacement

As Nokia published all across to replace the battery (BL-5C), I request on the NOKIA Website for replacement by registring my Battery No and mentioning my Address and contact. But still I have not recieved any battery. I am using the same battery and it can be dengerous using the same.

Kindly help to replace the battery.
