Battery

I have a Nokia 3220 for more than a year. I replaced the battery BL-5B within the warrenty period as the battery life was very poor. Now when i got a battery replacement, it is expalnding (swelling) from both the sides. I took it out of the phone with the risk of explosion. I took it to the Nokia Care Dwarka New Delhi branch and they refused to change it even after telling that i can even explode. The center manager Mr Kamal Aggarwal said that nokia will be responsible even if the battery explodes but they will not change it coz it has expired the warrenty period. The battery life is not a problem. The battery does not goes into the phone as it has expanded. I'm really shocked that Nokia takes the responsibilty of battery explosions besides replacing it. Please reply soon as this matter can go into consumer court affairs.
