Start up failed. Contact retailer

Last week, on 7th dec, my phone shown a msg " phone start up failed. Contact Retailer". I got the same solved fron near Nokia Care for loss of all the data in memory card and phone book. Again, today on 16th Dec. the same problem is shown in the phone.
