Nokia 3250
Blank Display on next day of warranty lapse

Hello Sir,

i have bought NOKIA 3250 on 18/12 thinking of NOKIA the best in mobile. But I wqas wrong as NOKIA mobile phones are worth nothing. This is the second time I am facing the problem with NOKIA. Last time also, I had my NOKIA 3120... that too created problems..hanging up within every 5-10 minutes ..that too in guarantee period. But Nokia was unable to correct the error and send me back the same mobile when the warranty was lapsed.

And now, it is really disgusting. this time it is my NOKIA 3250 worth Rs. 14, 000 and now of no value. In gaurantee period itself it was repaired twice. and after just 40 days, next day when the warranty lapsed, i am facign the same problem. this is very bad on NOKIA's name. The display goes blank and i am noe able to see aything there. That means NOKIA was unable to correect the error at that time only as befoooled me.

And NOKIA care is asking me for Rs. 2500 to correct the error. Now i have ust got one thing to do, I will be filing the case in consumer court.
