Nokia 3250
Forced to move to consumer court

Hello,

I bought Nokia 3250 on 18/12. On 08/11/07, display of my phone went blank. I got my cell repaired by Nokia Care on 27/11/07. But same time, the same problem came and I gave back my phone to Nikia care. theyt returned my phone in december 07. But just after the day when my warranty lapsed (05/01/08), the same problem aroused and Nokia care refused to correct the problem. then I got my phone repaired out of warranty at Nokia Care for which I was charged Rs.1650 with warranty of 30 days. But again within 15 days, the same problem came. I gave my phone to Nokia Care again on 20/02/08. But after around 40 days, today Nokia Care provided me with a replacement. I was given an old Nokia 3250 which was in a very bad condition. So i refused to take it. And Nokia Care told me that they could do noting, as this replacement is from Nokia Care Headoffice.

This is very bad on part of Nokia. After 5 months of continous problem, Nokia is unable to resolve the same. For this, I should be provided with a new mobile phone.

Kidly reply to me this problem at the earliest or else I would be forced to move to Consumer Court.
