Nokia-3500
Handset is not working

I've purchased a NOKIA-3500 from JYOTI CELL POINT, phone 03664-225532, BONGAIGAON, ASSAM. my phone's model No. MEL-353080/02/4371499, Battery NO-0670386417535P171B11554868, CHARGER-4090498151040209972, 0575384. After taking the handset i'm getting problem, on05/11/08 i complain and donot get any response the on 31/01/09 i give it to them i.e, THE K.K.MOBILE CARE bongaigaon for repair but till now they could not repair my handset. i'm fedup with nokia customer care, pl. take necessary step otherwise i shall have to bound to go to court...
