I have given my above said model to Anurag Marketing Nagpur to remove virus (auto switch off and display icon) from my hand set on 12/04/08 but till date it is under repair only. They said that they have sent it to Delhi for 3 times but every time Delhi people are sending it without repair. Pl send the mail that you are unable to repair it so that i will claim for the new hand set. Your services are not satisfactory.
