NOKIA - 3500
Panel got broken

I bought Nokia-3500 in the month of May'2008. While travelling in a train, i had kept my mobile in pant pocket. When I took it out to make a call, found that a chip near top left corner had broken. It was shocking to see the quality of Mobile. I had been contacting Nokia Priority dealer, Mount Road for nearly 3 months and their reply is stock is not available. I am fed up in buying Nokia product, as customer care response is not good. I would request Nokia Customer Care Manager to help in resolving this issue.
