Nokia/3500C
Repair not carried out for battery overheating

I purchased a nokia mobile model no 3500C on 16 Dec with IMEI No 355747023309104. Immdtly after purchase its battery started getting overheated after 5 minutes of talking. Since then I have given the set to local Nokia care centre three times in last one month but the problem persists. they give the set back every time saying that the set has been repaired.
