Defective Product

I have taken a Nokia 3500C Mobile & the set start giving Complain after few days.

First the Screen Light was not working & it was Corrected after keeping the mobile with Nokia care for around 2 months.

Now again it is giving Other Problem. I can't hear or the person on the other side can't hear for 8-10 Seconds whhile I am in a call for several times.

It is ridicules that the Mobile lies in Nokia Care for 3 month within 1 yaer of Warranty period.

When I contacted the Nokia Care they first said that it was the problem with the Service Provider. They were not ready to accept that the set itself is having a Problem.
