Not comunicate with compute

Hello,

I am from Thane (Maharashtra), on two month back my mobile having keypad problem. the extream left keys are not woking

After talking with nokia customer-care they give me the Nokia Care Center Address i.e La-Plumb Talaopali Thane. I took my phone and wait for 45min for my number and when I talk with Care Person he said the mobile having problem you need to take it to Nokia Repair Center at Tembi Naka Thane.

On second day I took my phone to the respected dept. and spend three hrs. They keep the phone and said need to update the software. They told me come after two days.

After two day I went to care center. They said wait the work is going on. I wait for One Hour after that the problem of key's malfunctioning still persist. After told the Care Person, they take another 1hrs to solve, As the software update my whole contact and other phone stuff is loss.

When I try to connect the phone to my system to restore data, The Phone was initialize but the contain of phone does not recognize. After discussion with Nokia Customer Care they said might be possible the virus in your Computer. I format the my Computer But still my nokia 3500c phone not initialize with Compute
