Camera of this set is not saving the picture, as every times massage is coming that "camera is on stand bide mode"

memory card is having sufficient sapce to store.

I have shown to your "nokia priority dealer (pragati international) centre at russel street kolkata-71" but they are saying that some virus has effected the system so send it to the nearest service centre.

my point is that why should i handed over this new set to your service centre as i have purshase it on 24/10 this is under the warranty period.

As this seems the fault of the system so kindly look into it and get it replace with new one at the eariest.
